The Hagibor Social Care Facility, one of the major projects of teh Jewish Community of Prague, was inaugurated in 2008. The main goal of this project is to provide a wide range of social services for elderly. This includes pleasant accommodation, nursing and social care, quality meals, social and therapeutic programs, individual and group activities. Special emphasis is laid on an individualized caring approach to clients and the human dignity of each of Hagibor user is a priority even during unfavorable life situations.

Nursing Home for Elderly
Nursing Home for Elderly (longterm accomodation in Hagibor) is a social service offering such a kind of accomodation and care, that clients could keep their own lifestyle from their homes, but with respect to needs and rights of other clients.
Respite service
Respite service enables people with lower self-sufficiency due to age issue, chronical dissease or physical handicap to change their enviroment for some time. These people need care of other person, which they normally have in their own homes.
Day Center
Day Center is a social service, which helps elderly people with some level of dependency on other person, physical problems and who needs some support from carer during the day. This service helps to keep the quality life of elderly people.
